Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 to use Master. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Master to build or host content that is unlawful, abusive, infringes others' rights, distributes malware, or attempts to compromise the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

3. Payments and credits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are non-refundable. Prices are exclusive of tax. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the code, content and data you create with Master. We retain rights to the Master platform itself. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content to provide the service.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.

6. Termination

You can cancel any time from billing settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

Master is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, unless your local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
